We are so looking forward to welcoming all our conference attendees in person in Memphis!  While we always take safety at our events seriously, we will be implementing additional measures to limit the potential for transmission of COVID-19.  Conference check-in will be touch-free, the conference classroom seating will be appropriately spaced, and social engagements will be organized so as to best protect the health of all attendees.  In consultation with the hotel staff, and in accordance with public health directives, we will ask all attendees to wear masks and engage in social distancing. We also ask that all of our attendees monitor their health status and not attend if they are symptomatic or have a known exposure to COVID-19.  In the event that exposure to or contraction of COVID-19 prevents any person from attending the conference, EMLF will relax its cancellation policy.
