Please check this list to see if you work for one of the EMLF’s sustaining members. If you do, all you need to do is use the Sustaining Members Membership Form specifically for sustaining members to send us your information and you will be added to the EMLF membership. All employees of a sustaining member are covered by its membership

Note: If you are joining as a Supporting Member or Sustaining Member, please have the main contact complete the membership application and then send us an email with the necessary information for the remaining members (up to two more individuals for a Supporting membership or unlimited for Sustaining members).

Include the person’s full name, nickname, title, address, phone, fax, email address and bar membership. You may include the information in the body of the email or attach a Word document.
