Sponsorships Available for Fall Symposium With Stellar Line-Up

A super lineup of CEOs, CAOs, and GCs are slated to speak at EMLF’s Fall Symposium, October 10-12, 2023, at the new Central Bank Convention Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

One highlight will be presentations and panel discussions by notable CEOs, CAOS, and General Counsel. Confirmed CEOs for the keynote panel are Andy Eidson (Alpha Met Resources), Kyle Mork (Greylock Energy), and James Brock (CONSOL Energy).

A separate General Counsel panel comprised of Roger Nicholson (Alpha Met Resources), Ben Sullivan (Diversified Energy Company), and Alex Reyes (CNX) will be moderated by former EMLF President Erin Magee (Stage Four Consulting). In addition, Adam Edelen (Edelen Renewables) is confirmed to talk about solar projects in Appalachia and the Chief Administrative Officer of Ramaco Resources, Scott Kreutzer, will talk rare earth mineral projects. Other General Counsel and CEOs have been invited and the program committee anticipates confirming more speakers soon.

Further, there will be presentations on Mountain Valley Pipeline, Employer/Employee guidelines for discussing politics in the workplace, restrictive covenants and cross-border drilling, RCRA imminent danger provisions, CCUS, solar decommissioning, SALT issues, bankruptcy, gathering agreements, and more!
