Topics Still Needed for Petrochemical Special Institute

There’s still time for you to send in a topic for the upcoming Special Institute on Petrochemicals, set for April 10-11, 2018, at the Omni William Penn in downtown Pittsburgh.

The EMLF is hosting the special institute, focusing on legal issues surrounding the growth of the petrochemical industry in Appalachia. We are soliciting topics for 30, 60 and 75 minute presentations on legal topics in areas such as construction, ethane storage, ethics, employment, environmental, government relations, insurance, legislation, litigation, midstream/pipeline, real estate, safety, security, traditional labor, and transactions.

Please provide a title, brief description and potential speaker(s) for topics to Sharon Daniels at sharon@emlf.org on or before December 8. In addition, if your organization is interested in sponsoring this special institute, those opportunities are here.
