On April 10-11, 2018, at the Omni William Penn in Downtown Pittsburgh, the EMLF will host a Special Institute focusing on legal issues surrounding the growth of the petrochemical industry in Appalachia.

We are soliciting topics for 30, 60 and 75 minute presentations on legal topics in areas such as construction, ethane storage, ethics, employment, environmental, government relations, insurance, legislation, litigation, midstream/pipeline, real estate, safety, security, traditional labor, and transactions.

Please provide a title, brief description and potential speaker(s) for topics to Sharon Daniels at sharon@emlf.org on or before December 8.
