Topics Requested for Kentucky Mineral Law Conference

Good morning! The annual Kentucky Mineral Law Conference will be held October 15-17, 2019, at the Hilton Downtown in Lexington, Kentucky.  We’re very excited to welcome everyone back to Lexington!

It is time to solicit topic suggestions and proposals for the program.  If you would like to submit a topic or topics, please send a detailed description and proposed speaker to Carolyn at carolyn@emlf.org or submit electronically via this form.  Please send your topics by July 25.

I’m excited to announce that this year’s conference will be chaired by Britt Freund of Steptoe & Johnson.  Britt will be leading a volunteer planning committee and we’d love to have you join.  The planning committee reviews the submitted topics, and meets to select and create the final schedule.  Some members may be asked to assist in securing speakers and other conference planning tasks as their schedule permits.  No travel is required, as it is possible to participate remotely via telephone and e-mail. If you are interested in joining the committee, please let Carolyn know, or check the box on the form linked above.  If you need more information, feel free to shoot me an e-mail or give me a call anytime!
