Held at the Williamsburg Lodge in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg, May 21-23, 2017, your support will enhance the enjoyment of everyone attending the Annual Institute.
Attracting approximately 250 attendees and guests, the Annual Institute is a perfect opportunity to introduce your firm or company to the eastern members of the energy and mineral bar.

Deadline for purchasing a sponsorship is May 5 with all materials delivered to EMLF by May 8; if purchasing the canvas bag, the deadline for submitting the company logo is April 19. Materials for the bag stuffers must be shipped to the conference hotel, Williamsburg Lodge, 310 S. England Street, Williamsburg, VA 23185, marked “Hold for EMLF Arrival” in time for delivery no later than May 19.
