Registration Now Open for EMLF’s Fall Symposium

EMLF’s Fall Symposium will be held in person October 12-14, 2021 at the Hilton in Downtown Lexington, Kentucky. We are excited to welcome The Honorable Shelley Moore Capito, United States Senator for West Virginia, as our keynote speaker! Program Chair Natalie Jefferis, Of Counsel at Peacock Keller, has put together a great agenda with the planning committee that focuses on practical legal issues for energy lawyers, such as alternative land uses, local energy and regulatory practices, bankruptcy trends, trespass issues, anti-trust laws and employment practices, ethics, and more.
