Registration is now open for the 2019 Special Landman Institute, a joint presentation of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the American Association of Professional Landmen.

Topics include the Fundamentals of Natural Gas Marketing, Testifying as an Effective Witness in a Deposition, Structuring Deals that Target Upstream Oil and Gas Assets, the West Virginia Co-Tenancy Act, and many more, including two hours of ethics, and a panel discussion of the recent controversy and legislative resolution of the state of landman licensing in Ohio.
