Register Now for the Kentucky Mineral Law Conference!

Online registration is now available for the Kentucky Mineral Law Conference!  This year’s conference, October 16 & 17 in Lexington, Kentucky, is chaired by Britt Freund of Steptoe & Johnson, and features a full slate of updates on coal, oil, natural gas, and renewable energy over 1.5 days, which includes a track devoted to topics of use to corporate and land counsel.

To see the full agenda, and to register online, visit emlf.org.  The conference will be held at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown.  Make your reservations now! The room rate expires on September 24, and October in Lexington is a difficult time to reserve rooms once the room block is full!

Make plans to join your colleagues at Lexington’s world-renowned Keeneland Racecourse after the conference adjourns on Thursday!  A limited number of reserved covered grandstand tickets are available for the October 17 afternoon session, so please mark your registration form or let Carolyn (carolyn@emlf.org) know if you’d like to attend.  Tickets are complimentary for conference registrants, and guest tickets are available for $10.  Keeneland is a Kentucky landmark, and a great place to socialize with fellow conference attendees while enjoying the beautiful countryside, delicious food, and, of course, the races!

Looking forward to seeing you next month in Lexington!
