Only one more day for the Landman Institute discounted registration rate!

Tomorrow, February 20, is the last day to register at the discounted rate for the March 14, 2019 Special Landman Institute, a joint presentation of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the American Association of Professional Landmen. This conference, to be held at the Meadows Casino in Washington, PA, will feature topics of legal and ethical importance to landmen and attorneys who work with landmen and in the energy industry in general.

Topics include the Fundamentals of Natural Gas Marketing, Testifying as an Effective Witness in a Deposition, Structuring Deals that Target Upstream Oil and Gas Assets, the West Virginia Co-Tenancy Act, and many more, including two hours of ethics, and a panel discussion of the recent controversy and legislative resolution of the state of landman licensing in Ohio.
