The inaugural Energy & Mineral Law Moot Court Competition presented by the Appalachian School of Law and Energy & Mineral Law Foundation was held October 15 & 16, 2024, in Lexington, Kentucky.
The winning team hailed from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Runners up were from William & Mary College of Law.
