EMLF and K&L Gates LLP Present: Tips and Tricks for Navigating the Energy Transition

Join EMLF and K&L Gates LLP from Noon to 1 pm EST on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 for Tips and Tricks for Navigating the Energy Transition, a panel discussion with energy practitioners from across the United States regarding current trends and projects in the energy transition.

Elizabeth Crouse (Seattle), Buck Endemann (San Francisco), and Ken Gish (Charlotte) will join for an in-depth discussion moderated by Travis Brannon (Pittsburgh).  In addition to diversifying into renewable energy directly, many traditional energy players are exploring other renewable energy projects, including for example, (1) renewable natural gas, (2) repurposed property development, (3) carbon offsets, and (4) carbon sequestration.  These projects may also involve financing, tax strategies, environmental liabilities, and a variety of transactional issues unique to the renewable energy practice area.

Attendees will leave this webinar with updated knowledge on this ever-changing and growing area of practice.

CLE credit is approved for 1 credit in IL, IN, KY, OK, PA, TN and TX, and 1.2 credits in WV. Pending: OH and VA.  To inquire about other jurisdictions, please contact Dawn at dawn@emlf.org.  FREE for EMLF Members with discount code MEMBER.
