Early Bird Registration Extended

Only a few weeks remain before the 44th Annual Institute and this year’s program chairs are continuing a tradition nearly fifty years in the making, working hard with the planning committee to put together an excellent agenda. Click here for the full agenda and registration.

Alex says, “I think we’ve put together an agenda covering a wide variety of topics that will be interesting and useful to both in-house attorneys and personnel and outside counsel. The challenge now is deciding which track to attend!”

Todd is the Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Blackhawk Mining, where he oversees civil litigation, regulatory enforcement, insurance programs, and risk management.  Todd is an EMLF Trustee-at-Large as well, and is particularly active with organization’s safety programming.
