Now available on the EMLF website is the chapter written by Professor Bill Jeffery,Texas Tech University School of Law, to be published by the Foundation in early 2009. The chapter is in PDF format and can be downloaded from the website, providing an excellent framework for discussion of the legal and regulatory issues associated with carbon capture and storage.
EMLF’s 30th Annual Institute
