We’re extending the deadline to submit topics and speaker suggestions for the 2019 Annual Institute until next Wednesday, January 30! If you haven’t already, please submit topic and speaker proposals to Carolyn at carolyn@emlf.org.  There’s still time!

Topics should be of interest to energy industry professionals and legal practitioners involved with energy and mineral development, covering current trends in litigation, regulation, counseling, and transactional issues.  Topic proposals should provide a description of the subject matter and issues to be analyzed so that the topics can be fully evaluated.

The Planning Committee will meet Friday, February 8 from 11-2 in Pittsburgh, with a second location at EMLF’s offices in Lexington, KY, and remote videoconferencing options available for those who can’t make it to either location.  Please let Carolyn or Anna know if you are interested in being a member of the planning committee!
