At the June Board of Trustees meeting, the Trustees present approved a new strategic plan which you can find on our website.
We’re excited to get started with the planning process, but now comes the hard part! This is a call for volunteers to join the strategic plan teams! Teams are divided out by the plan’s goals (one team for each goal) and will meet in the coming months to create action items to implement the goals of the plans. The first meetings are listed below.
There are no prerequisites to be a member of a team. We welcome the contributions of all our members!
If you would like to be on a team (or teams!) but are unable to make the initial meeting, please just let me know, and I will make sure you receive the recording and notes to get up to speed for the second meeting.
