Call for Topics – Kentucky Mineral Law Conference

EMLF is now soliciting topic proposals for the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation’s Kentucky Mineral Law Conference which will be held October 17-18, 2018, at the Hilton in downtown Lexington, KY.

We invite you to submit topic and speaker suggestions on any subject of interest related to coal, oil and gas, midstream, and electric power and generation issues. Topic proposals should provide an adequate description of the legal issues to be covered so that the topic can be fully evaluated. Topics and speaker proposals should be sent to Carolyn May by July 18.

A planning meeting to begin selecting topics will be held in late July. If you are interested in being on the planning committee, please let us know by emailing Carolyn May.
