Annual Institute Sponsorship Opportunities Available

This year the Foundation has a variety of opportunities available for those members who are interested in sponsoring a function at the Annual Institute.  Details and donation amounts are available here.

The 35th Annual Institute will be held June 1-3, 2014 at the historic Greenbrier resort in West Virginia.

Deadline for Law Student Scholarship Applications Is April 10

A reminder that just a few weeks remain to complete the scholarship application process to be eligible for $50,000 in scholarships awarded to law students attending EMLF member schools.

The Energy & Mineral Law Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization, funded primarily through membership dues and revenues from educational programs. Scholarships are funded through membership dues, program revenues, and earnings from special memorial scholarships:

• Paul N. Bowles Scholarship – $1,000
• James H. Davis Scholarship – $1,000
• Sean Cassidy Scholarship – $2,000
• Mary Sue Schulberg Scholarship – $2,000

Scholarship recipients for the 2014-2015 academic year will be announced at the 35th Annual Institute.
