Join the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation at the US Department of Labor, Frances Perkins Building Auditorium, for a comprehensive update on safety legal issues, including an update on both the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, discussion of the new MSHA CLR program, a look at the scope of MSHA after KT Trucking, developments in 105(C) and 110(C) cases, the role of drones and artificial intelligence in safety management and regulation, new silica standards, and more.  Attendees will also get the opportunity to hear from MSHA and OSHA leadership and the Department of Labor Solicitor’s Office, as well as enjoy informal camarderie among the regulated community, attorneys, and government personnel.
