Join EMLF in Washington, D.C. for our 40th Annual Institute, June 9 through 11, 2019 at the Westin City Center!  This year’s chair will be Timothy McCrum, partner at Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C.

We are now soliciting topics and speaker suggestions for the Annual Institute, as well as volunteers for the planning committee. Topics should be of interest to energy industry professionals and legal practitioners involved with energy and mineral development, covering current trends in litigation, regulation, counseling, and transactional issues.  Topic proposals should provide a description of the subject matter and issues to be analyzed so that the topics can be fully evaluated.  Please submit topic and speaker proposals to Carolyn at carolyn@emlf.org no later than January 25, 2019.

Please also let Carolyn or Anna know if you are interested in being a member of the planning committee! The committee will meet to select topics the week of February 4.
