Crafting Your Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, sponsored by Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC

David Morrison and Michael J. Moore of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC will present on COVID-19 vaccination policies, including whether employers in the energy sector should consider mandating the vaccine and, what risks flow from that decision.

Several considerations which must be analyzed include how to create the employer’s COVID-19 vaccination policy, what ability employees have to remote work, the policy’s potential to violate the Americans with Disabilities Act and/or Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In addition, examination of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s guidance on vaccination policies will be examined during this webinar.
