Registration is open for the Fall Symposium, scheduled for October 11-13, 2022 at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown. The Fall Symposium kicks off October 11 with an optional Solar Institute chaired by Andrew R. Smith, with Steptoe & Johnson.

The Fall Symposium will feature Lindsay See, West Virginia Solicitor General as keynote speaker. Co-chairs are Lucas Liben, partner with Reed Smith and Gary McCollum, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Alliance Coal, LLC.
