EMLF is so excited to be working with the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) on the upcoming Joint Land Institute.

The conference will be held April 27-28, 2022 at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. It will kick off with a networking event co-hosted by the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of AAPL.

Sandra Fraley, Steptoe & Johnson, will co-chair the Joint Land Institute on behalf of EMLF. Topics for the conference will include an update on case law and the Ohio Dormant Mineral Act, comparing oil and gas leases to renewable leases, accommodation doctrine issues, ethics and more!
