Registration is now open for EMLF’s Fall Symposium to be held in person October 12-14, 2021 at the Hilton in Downtown Lexington, Kentucky. We are excited to welcome The Honorable Shelley Moore Capito, United States Senator for West Virginia, as our keynote speaker! Program Chair Natalie Jefferis, Of Counsel at Peacock Keller, has put together a great agenda with the planning committee that focuses on practical legal issues for energy lawyers, such as alternative land uses, local energy and regulatory practices, bankruptcy trends, trespass issues, anti-trust laws and employment practices, ethics, and more. EMLF is currently planning to hold this event in person in Lexington. However, we are continuously monitoring COVID-19 case numbers as well as CDC, state and local guidelines, and will communicate any changes.
