Welcome to beautiful Omni Amelia Island Resort in Florida for the 43rd Annual Institute, June 12-14, 2022. 

Our conference co-chairs are Tim McGranor of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease and Martha Wiegand, of CONSOL Energy. A slate of timely and pertinent topics is scheduled, including examining the bipartisan infrastructure bill’s impact on the energy industry; the ethical implications of working from home; practical employment law topics such as hiring and keeping employees in this economy and implementing a successful diversity, equity, and inclusion program; environmental justice and environment, social, and governance issues; cryptocurrency mining and the energy industry; forever chemicals; federal cybersecurity regulations; and more.
