Last Call for Sponsors for the Fall Symposium

There’s still time left to sponsor next week’s Fall Symposium and Solar Institute!  We’re expecting well over a hundred attendees to join us in Lexington for EMLF’s final conference of 2022.  See the current registration list here. Signing on as a sponsor gives you the opportunity to reach all attendees, plus visibility on our conference website, social media, and conference e-mails.  All sponsorships also include logo/ad scrolling on display throughout conference, a quarter page advertisement in written conference materials handout, patron nametag ribbons for all attending representatives, and the opportunity to place company provided marketing materials or promotion items at the conference.

Opportunities at the $2,500 level:

Continental Breakfast — $2,500 — 3 available
Logo on display at breakfast & option to provide logo napkins

Break — $2,500 – 3 available
Logo on display at applicable break & option to provide logo napkins

WIFI and Conference Information Page — $2,500 – 1 available
Logo on display on conference information website which includes agenda and link to download written conference materials, logo on display wherever WIFI password is shared, & name as WIFI password (where available)

Opportunities at the $2,000 level:

Coffee and Beverage Station Sponsor $2,000 – 1 available
Logo on display at coffee station and on protective coffee cup sleeve provided to attendees

Opportunities at the $1,500 level:

Reception- $1,500- unlimited available Logo on display at reception

Opportunities at the $1,000 level:

Notepads- $1,000 – 1 available
Logo on notepads provided to all attendees (Sponsor supplies notepads)
