Fall Symposium Registration Is Open

It's the moment you've been waiting for! Registration is open for the Fall Symposium, scheduled for October 11-13, 2022 at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown. Click here to register for your room. Our room block expires Sunday, September 18, 2022 and will not be extended, due to a large downtown event. It may be difficult to secure hotel rooms, reserve sooner rather than later.
The Fall Symposium will feature Lindsay See, West Virginia Solicitor General as keynote speaker. Co-chairs are Lucas Liben, partner with Reed Smith and Gary McCollum, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Alliance Coal, LLC.
The Fall Symposium kicks off October 11 with an optional Solar Institute chaired by Andrew R. Smith, with Steptoe & Johnson. The Solar Institute will offer in-depth analysis of selecting and securing a site, financing, post-development opportunities, and a multi-state legislative and regulatory update.
