Registration is open for the Fall Symposium, scheduled for October 11-13, 2022 at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown.

Featuring Lindsay See, West Virginia Solicitor General as keynote speaker, our conference co-chairs are Lucas Liben, partner with Reed Smith and Gary McCollum, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Alliance Coal, LLC. The Fall Symposium kicks off October 11 with an optional Solar Institute chaired by Andrew R. Smith, with Steptoe & Johnson. The Solar Institute will offer in-depth analysis of selecting and securing a site, financing, post-development opportunities, and a multi-state legislative and regulatory update.
