About Timothy B. McGranor
Tim is a partner with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease in Columbus, Ohio. His practice focuses primarily on oil and gas litigation, commercial litigation, and antitrust, and it takes him throughout the state and federal trial courts in Ohio, the Ohio courts of appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Tim regularly participates in actions before the Ohio Supreme Court. In his oil and gas work, Tim's experience includes representing both large, horizontal producers and conventional operators. He has extensive experience defending oil and gas clients in regulatory proceedings, including before the Ohio Oil and Gas Commission and the Ohio Reclamation Commission. Tim is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Columbus Bar associations. He is also a member of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation and the Ohio Oil & Gas Association.

About Martha A. Wiegand
Martha serves as General Counsel and Secretary of CONSOL Energy in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. She has also served as General Counsel and Secretary of the general partner of CONSOL Coal Resources LP since March 2015. Martha joined the legal department of CNX in December 2008 as Senior Counsel and was promoted to Associate General Counsel of CNX effective in 2012, where she was responsible for a variety of legal matters, including coal and natural gas marketing and transportation, labor and employment, financing arrangements and certain corporate transactions. For about 10 years prior to joining CNX, Martha worked for several large Pittsburgh-based law firms, where she handled financing and corporate transactions for clients in the banking and energy industries, among others. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation.
