There’s still time to register for next week’s Landman Institute!

Register online for the 2019 Special Landman Institute, a joint presentation of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the American Association of Professional Landmen.

The conference, to be held next Thursday, March 14, 2019 at the Meadows Casino in Washington, PA, will feature topics of legal and ethical importance to landmen and attorneys who work with landmen and in the energy industry in general, such as the Fundamentals of Natural Gas Marketing, Testifying as an Effective Witness in a Deposition, the West Virginia Co-Tenancy Act, and many more, including up to two hours of ethics, and a panel discussion of the recent controversy and legislative resolution of the state of landman licensing in Ohio.

This program has been approved for 7 hours of continuing legal education, including up to 2 hours of ethics, as well as through the AAPL for 7 continuing education units, including up to 2 hours of ethics.
